Want to be happy in your work? Find employment at a small company. People
who work for small organizations are about 25 percent more likely to be
happy than those toiling in large organizations of 1,000 employees or more,
according to new research. Among the other findings: Supervising others (as
opposed to being supervised) is also associated with more happiness.
