Community Strikes Back Bowling Tournament

Lace up your bowling shoes and support the Fort Smith Children's Emergency Shelter with their 5th Annual Community Strikes Back bowling tournament!

Hosted by the Commissary Kiwanis Club and sponsored by the First National Bank of Fort Smith, this family-friendly event is open to bowlers of all ages and skill levels. The event will take place, Saturday, March 9, at Bowling World in Fort Smith.

Each team will play three games to compete for prizes based on scores and costumes, while benefitting our children in crisis. This year, teams will compete for the highest score, the “biggest loser” and for the best dressed teams! Games will start at approximately 1 p.m. and all proceeds directly benefit the CES.

Each team can register for $160, which includes three games, shoe rental, t-shirt, and prize payouts for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams. Deadline for entry is February 28. For registration, please visit www.childrensemergencyshelter.org

For more information call William Ricks 479.4628542 or Ashely Fitzhugh 479.242.5771.

The Fort Smith Children’s Emergency Shelter serves area children age 6 to 17 who have been removed from their home by the Department of Human Services due to neglect and/or abuse. The CES provides shelter and care, in a safe and structured home-like environment and allows our kids in crisis the opportunity to “just be kids.”
